North District Phase 3 and Blaine Street Parking Structure

The proposed project would provide approximately 1,300 new beds in apartment-style units for undergraduate and graduate students, approximately 2,000 parking spaces to serve both student resident parking needs and the general campus, and a central utility plant to achieve long term efficiencies in operations and maintenance. The project is the latest phase in redevelopment of the 51-acre North District Development, which began in 2019.
